In March, the Kudzu Share Group met in Newport Beach, California, for its
semiannual gathering. During the visit, members toured several retailers, including Northgate González Mercado, 99 Ranch and Bristol Farms,
among other notable operators.
FMI share groups unite independent operators with similar demographics who do not compete in the same markets, creating a unique space for open dialogue and collaboration. These meetings provide a valuable mix of best-practice sharing, discussions of emerging issues, constructive feedback and opportunities to challenge each other to think differently and innovate.
