George Washington University's Global Food Institute and Partnership for a Healthier America hosted the Good Food for All Summit that brought together leaders from industry, academia, government and nonprofits to collaborate on ways to improve access to nutritious food. FMI President and CEO Leslie Sarasin participated in the keynote fireside chat with Nishant Roy, Chief Impact Officer for Chobani. The discussion explored the evolution of Chobani since its founding in 2005, the company's approach to providing nutritious product offerings and ways it is breaking into new market segments, and Nishant's perspective on the role retailers can play in ensuring access to good food for all. Attendees also participated in sessions on innovative ideas to build a healthier America, technology as a disruptor in the food space, and creating healthier corner stores, among other topics.
