The Annual Meat Conference is hosted by FMI and the Meat Institute. We welcomed over 2,400 attendees and filled nearly 30,500 square feet of exhibit space — breaking all records! It was such a joy to come together with our meat retail family, catching up and tasting the newest innovations in the industry. Our educational sessions were a hit, diving deep into emerging trends and exciting opportunities. We look forward to seeing everyone next year, March 24-26, 2025, at the World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL!
