A few weeks ago, Cynthia Brazzel, director of member relations and advocacy for the western region at FMI, visited with board member Roger Croshaw and his son Tyler Croshaw at Bert’s Red Apple Market in one of Seattle, Washington’s historic sections. Inspired by European culture, the front of the store features a canopy tent containing a bounty of floral. Many customers can walk to Bert’s Red Apple Market to purchase grab-n-go foods (sandwiches, wraps, salads) or an item from the store’s own roasted and packaged meat section.
