According to FMI’s The Food Retailing Industry Speaks 2025 report, 65% of food retailers report their ecommerce business is somewhat profitable. I expect those numbers to improve, but many are asking what role artificial intelligence (AI) can play in helping food retail ecommerce become more profitable, faster.
