Please be advised that your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable after December 20, 2019. Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation if received in writing to register@fmi.org by December 20, 2019. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after December 20, 2019.

MIDWINTER SUITE DEAL

If you registered and paid for the Midwinter Suite Deal during the registration process, no additional action is required on your part. If you have not yet received your sleeping suite reservation confirmation, please email housing@fmi.org.

FMI is the official housing bureau for the FMI Midwinter Executive Conference. Hotel reservations should only be made according to the instructions in your Conference Registration Confirmation. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.
