No refunds after February 22, 2008. All refunds will be processed after Monday, March 24, 2008. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

After this date, rooms will be on a space and available basis. Please mention 2008 Annual Meat Conference to receive the special group 0f $175.00 single/double occupancy. Hotels reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to day of arrival to receive a full refund.
