Registration Includes:

All meeting materials, breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, and receptions. Every participant, to qualify for member rates must be an employee of an AMI, FMI, ABP, NCC, NLB, NPD, or NTF member company. All others are non-members.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Notify the registrar in writing by e-mail at tross@fmi.org or fax 202/220-0878 by February 2, 2007. Cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee. No refunds after February 2, 2007. All refunds will be processed after March 2, 2007. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

Please make room reservations directly with the Caribe Royale All-Suites Resort & Convention Center by calling 407.238.8000; mention that you are an Annual Meat Conference attendee to receive the special conference room rate of $199 (single/double occupancy). Reservations must be made by January 16, 2007 in order to receive this special rate. Any reservations made after this date will be accepted by the hotel on a space available basis only and the group rates will not be guaranteed.
