Public Affairs Committee

To provide key input into the planning and review of FMI's Public Affairs activities (government relations, consumer affairs, public information and regulatory affairs). To counsel the Board and the staff on member needs, interests and priorities. To ensure the FMI mission remains relevant to member needs through continuous assessment of FMI's public affairs objectives. To involve directors and other key FMI members in strategic planning in order to bring added dimension, balance and perspective to FMI's policies and programs. To make policy recommendations to the Board of Directors, where appropriate.
