Participants will develop a deeper understanding of emerging trends in the food retail industry. During the webinar, participants will be introduced to their second Skills Challenge.

Skills Challenge: What Emerging Trends Impact Your Organization?
Participants will gain a better understanding of the emerging trends that have the biggest impact in their organization. In this activity, participants will discover which emerging trends are making the biggest impact on their organization. Then, they will engage their teams in a dialogue about the emerging trends and discuss how their team can help the organization respond to the trends.
