For those FMI Members unable to attend the seminar in Dallas, FMI will be reviewing USDA's powerpoint presentation on country of origin labeling requirements, implementation, and enforcement. We will review the latest on recordkeeping, single signs in the meat case, and USDA's new enforcement materials. The session will include an opportunity for Q&A.
