- Contributed more than $4M in United Way Forsyth County and $200K+ in local community organizations.
- Engaged hundreds of associates in year-round community initiatives, including raising $20K+ for mental health, mentoring future leaders through The Master's League and Camp Courage, supporting Pride, Second Harvest and REACH Women’s Network community initiatives, and participating in volunteer events across the Triad and greater United States.
- Expanded associate engagement through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), with the Women's Impact Network growing to more than 460 members (50% growth in 2025) and the Pride ERG strengthening community and allyship for LGBTQ+ associates.
