Offered in partnership with Western Michigan University, this interactive course focuses on the complex operations side of the supermarket business. Course content includes industry trends, pricing strategies, understanding shrink control, recruiting, mentoring and much more! Emphasis is on practical information for day-to-day supermarket operations.

Registration Includes:

Tuition includes accommodations, all course materials, most meals, store tours and transportation to and from the university campus daily.

Who Should Attend:

Store managers, owners/operators, general managers, district and divisional managers, high-potential performers, and individuals in non-operations positions who wish to increase their understanding of the operations side of the business.

Meeting Attire:

Casual attire (no ties) is recommended for the entire conference.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

A full refund is provided if written notification is received by July 19, and 60% if notification if received by August 6. No refund if notification is received after July 26.
