Registration Includes:

Fee includes all meeting materials, light breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and receptions or dinners indicated in program. Note: Fee does not include your hotel accommodations. (Spouses/Companions are welcome to attend evening social events.)

To qualify for FMI Member rates, every participant must be an employee of an FMI Member company. An FMI Retailer/Wholesaler Member is a retailer or wholesaler paying annual dues to FMI. An FMI Associate Member is a supplier company paying annual associate dues to FMI. All others are Non-Members. Note: Outside counsel must either be invited by a retailer/wholesaler or sponsor the conference in order to attend.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Please notify registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to May 20, 2011. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by May 27, 2011. No refund if notification is received after May 27, 2011.

A block of sleeping rooms will be held for attendees until May 13, 2011. Reservation requests received after May 13, 2011 will be handled on a rate and space available basis.

Note: Hotel rates do not include sales/occupancy tax (currently 14.85%). One (1) night room & tax deposit is required to secure a hotel reservation. Notice of hotel cancellation or changes must be received no later than 24 hours prior to 12:00pm local time day of arrival in order to avoid penalty charges or forfeiture of room deposit. All hotel cancellations or changes should be made directly with the hotel.

The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa is located approximately 25 miles/40 minutes from the Denver International Airport (DEN).

Taxis are readily available at the airport to take you to the hotel throughout the day and evening at a cost of approximately $50.00-$60.00 one way.

Valet parking is available at The Brown Palace Hotel at a discounted rate of $20.00 per day for 24-hours with in and out privileges for overnight guests attending the conference. For non-overnight guests, an hourly rate will apply (please contact the hotel for current rates).
