Please notify registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org. A full refund, minus a $75.00 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received by April 1, 2022. FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any cancellations received after April 1, 2022, however attendee substitutions are allowed.
