Cancellation and Other Policies:

Please notify registrar in writing by email to sgeorge@fmi.org or fax to 202-220-0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to May 28, 2010. A 60% refund will be granted for cancellations received in writing by June 4, 2010. All registrations received after June 4, 2010 are non-refundable. NO REFUND IS GRANTED IF NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED AFTER JUNE 4, 2010

Reservations must be made directly with The Palmer House Hilton by calling 877-865-5321. You’ll be required to provide GROUP CODE: FMI when making reservations. Room rates: $199 single/double. Reservations must be made prior to June 4, 2010 to receive the special FMI room rate.
