Registration Includes:

Registration fee includes meeting materials, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches and receptions. Fee does NOT include hotel accommodations or airfare. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel (see hotel information section for details).

NOTE: To qualify for FMI member rates, participant must be an employee of an FMI member company paying annual dues to FMI. All others are non-members.

Walk-in registrations are accepted only if accompanied by company check or credit card in payment of registration fees.

Who Should Attend:

Senior executives in real estate; strategic planning; store location, design, construction and planning; market research and analysis; and supplier sponsors.

Meeting Attire:

Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference events (slacks, collared shirts and optional sports jackets for men; slacks or skirts and blouses for women). Meeting rooms can be chilly, so attendees are encouraged to bring a sweater or jacket to sessions.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Please notify registrar in writing by email to sgeorge@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund is granted when a cancellation is received prior to October 9, 2009. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by October 16, 2009. No refund if notification is received after October 16, 2009.

Hotel Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival or guest will be subject to one night's room & tax cancellation fee. Please contact the hotel directly if you need to cancel a hotel reservation.

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) services the Austin area. The hotel is located approximately 11 miles/25 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Airport shuttle service is available to/from the hotel for approximately $10 each way/$18 roundtrip. Taxi service is available to/from the hotel for approximately $16.50.
