The Midwinter Executive Conference is a member invitation-only event. Supplier partners quality for at least 2, and up to an unlimited amount of invitations, depending on your level of associate membership with FMI.

Please be advised that your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable after January 6, 2021. Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation if received in writing to register@fmi.org by January 6, 2021. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after January 6, 2021.


If you registered and paid for the Midwinter Suite Deal during the registration process, no additional action is required on your part. If you have not yet received your sleeping suite reservation confirmation, please email housing@fmi.org.

FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event.
