Registration Includes:

All meeting materials, breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, and receptions. Every participant, to qualify for member rates must be an employee of an AMI, FMI, ABP, NCC, NLB, NPD, or NTF member company. All others are non-members.

Who Should Attend:

Vice Presidents and Directors of Supermarket meat operations, supermarket meat buyers and merchandisers, supermarket owner/operators, meat and poultry packers, processors, consumer relations and merchandising personnel and industry promotional groups.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Notify the registrar in writing by e-mail at cpratt@fmi.org or fax 202/220-0830 by Friday, February 20, 2009. Cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee. No refunds after February 20, 2009. All refunds will be processed after March 30, 2009. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

General Hotel Information:

Please make room reservations directly with the Sheraton Denver Hotel by calling 888.627.8405; mention that you are an Annual Meat Conference attendee to receive the special conference room rate of $179/night (single/double occupancy). Reservations must be made by Saturday, February 21, 2009 in order to receive this special rate. Any reservations made after this date will be accepted by the hotel on a space available basis only and the group rates will not be guaranteed.

Travel Information:

The Sheraton Denver Hotel is located approximately 32 miles from the Denver International Airport (DIA). Taxi's and rental cars are readily available.
