Optional Events

Training Courses
SQF Systems training courses will be offered prior to the conference on September 29th and 30th. These courses are designed to aid participants in the implementation of SQF 1000 and/or SQF 2000 Systems. Cost $ 450.00

Update Workshop
An optional update workshop for auditors, consultants and trainers will be offered on September 30th. This workshop counts as credit toward the SQF professional development requirement. Cost $ 100.00

SQF Stakeholders Meeting for Suppliers (Free to registered attendees)
All suppliers registered for the conference are invited to participate in this pre-conference meeting on October 1 to discuss ideas and raise issued regarding the SQF program.

Put on your cowboy boots, grab your Stetson and get ready for a not-to-be missed country and western networking evening! Join your “pardners” and enjoy a finger-lickin’, rib stickin' traditional barbecue buffet while kicking up your heels to the sounds of our country and western band "Cactus Jack". Cost: $70

Registration Includes:

Registration fee includes all meeting materials and participation in general sessions and the SQF stakeholders meeting, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, opening reception and morning and afternoon breaks. Fee does not include your hotel, airfare, training classes, workshops or special event fee on Thursday, October 2.

NOTE: Every participant—to qualify for the FMI Member / FMI Associate Member or SQF Affiliate rate—must be an employee of a FMI member, a FMI associate member company or an SQF program participant. All others are non-members. An FMI member is either a supermarket retailer or wholesaler paying annual dues to FMI. A FMI associate member is a supplier company paying associate member dues to FMI. SQF program participants are SQF certified suppliers, SQF licensees and SQF auditors/consultants.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Notify registrar in writing by email to bcobbs@fmi.org or fax 202-220-0830 by September 23, 2008. A full refund is granted when a cancellation is received prior to September 17, 2008. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received after September 17, 2008 but prior to September 24, 2008. No refund if notification is received September 24, 2008 or later.
