Here is Chef Robby Melvin preparing a quick and healthy meal in one of their many demonstration kitchens. Rick Stein, vice president of fresh foods at FMI, Sue Borra, chief health and wellness officer for FMI and executive director of the FMI Foundation, and Dagmar Farr, chief member relations officer and senior vice president for membership and education at FMI spent the day immersed the in the world of culinary from recipe development, to food styling, to food video production along with sampling tasty dishes throughout the day.
