Keoni Chang Awarded Food Marketing Institute’s Title of Grand Chef

Showdown Finale Showcases Imaginative Food Retail Recipes

Today, Keoni Chang of Foodland Super Markets, Ltd. in Honolulu won the title of Grand Chef for the Food Marketing Institute’s (FMI) Supermarket Chef Showdown. Chang enticed the judges with his mouthwatering dish, Deconstructed Ahi California Roll, from the Indulgent recipe category.

Food Marketing Institute (FMI) conducts programs in public affairs, food safety, research, education and industry relations on behalf of its nearly 1,250 food retail and wholesale member companies in the United States and around the world.
