Cancellation and Other Policies:
Notify the registrar in writing, by email to slentz@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, minus a $75 processing fee per registration, is granted when a cancellation is received prior to Nov. 22, 2010. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by Nov. 29, 2010. No refund if notification is received after Nov. 29, 2010.
The Sustainability Summit will take place at The Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202. The FMI/GMA negotiated rate is $189.00 per night excluding tax (currently 10.25%). This rate is available until Monday, November 15, 2010. Across the river from Washington, DC, the Crystal Gateway Marriott is surrounded by Arlington's best shopping and dining at the Crystal City shops and The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. The Crystal City Metro stop can be accessed from the lobby of this Pentagon City hotel, allowing guests to reach the best museums, monuments and attractions of Washington, DC and the surrounding area.
The hotel is conveniently located near Reagan National Airport (approximately 1 mile). A complimentary shuttle is available upon request. The hotel can also be easily reached by metro. Take either the Blue Line (in the direction of Largo) or Yellow Line (in the direction of Mount Vernon Square) from Reagan National Airport ONE stop to Crystal City. The fare is $1.45 - $1.75 each way. Taxi fare is approximately $8.00.
