FMIs new Asset Protection Conference has been developed to meet the specific needs of food retail industry executives charged with protecting the organizations assets: people, reputation and property. The 2010 Asset Protection program incorporates key features of FMIs Loss Prevention and Risk, Insurance and Safety Management conferences, including:
Function-specific interactive breakouts and discussion groups.
Supermarket-specific education with emphasis on revenue protection.
Hands-on exercises featuring real-world supermarket crisis situations.
Vendor table-top exhibits showcasing the latest shrink, security and safety solutions.
Opportunities to meet peers and colleagues with similar experiences and interests.

Vendor Court:
Join more than 50 leading vendors and service providers with informal table top exhibits. Showcase solutions to reduce shrink, improve security, improve safety, reduce slips and falls and reduce employee accidents. Vendor court participants offer innovative solutions including:

Slip/fall prevention
Exception reporting
Cashier theft detection
Fee for a table is $800. Vendor court will be open during most meal functions and selected other times during the program. All participants must also register for the conference.
Program Ad Information:
Vendor Court participants can increase their visibility with the industry's leading retailers by purchasing a full page ad (9x4) in the conference directory/buyers guide, which is distributed to each attendee. Please be sure to check the program ad box on the supplier table registration form, send a high resolution PDF or .eps file (300 dpi) to Heather Cain at hcain@fmi.org and $500 ad fee to FMI by February 15, 2010.

Registration fee includes all meeting materials, breakfasts, breaks, lunches and receptions. Fee does not include your hotel accommodations or dinners.
(Companions are welcome to attend evening social events.)
To qualify for FMI Member rates, every participant must be an employee of an FMI Member company. An FMI Retailer/Wholesaler Member is a retailer or wholesaler paying annual dues to FMI. An FMI Associate Member is a supplier company paying annual associate dues to FMI. All others are Non-Members.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
Please notify registrar in writing by e-email to slentz@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, is granted when a cancellation is received prior to February 26, 2010. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by March 5, 2010. No refund is grandted if notification is received after March 5, 2010.

The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas is NO LONGER accepting reservations at the FMI group rate. Any reservations made with the hotel will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing daily rate, if rooms are available.
Travel Information:
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) service the Dallas area. The hotel is located approximately 20 miles/30 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and approximately 5 miles/10 minutes from the Dallas Love Field Airport.
