PepsiCo Donates $150-thousand to Future Connect — New Leadership Development Conference by the Food Marketing Institute

ARLINGTON, VA — May 27, 2008 — PepsiCo donated $150,000 to the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) in support of Future Connect, the innovative new leadership development conference created by FMI to help companies address the need for management development with the fast-approaching retirement of the baby boomer population. Future Connect will debut May 4-6, 2009 in Dallas, TX. The check presentation was made by Indra K. Nooyi, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, PepsiCo, to the FMI Board of Directors at a dinner in Las Vegas, NV during the FMI Show plus MARKETECHNICS®.
