SQFI has launched their new SQF Fundamentals Program as a new food safety solution for small to medium manufacturers and primary producers. The SQF Fundamentals Codes were developed using the GFSI Global Markets Programme toolkit, which meets retailers and buyers requirements for small and medium food producers. The SQF Fundamentals Program for Manufacturing and Primary Production provides the essential requirements for building a robust food safety management system. This program can assist small and medium food producers create a culture of food safety by implementing a written food safety plan and good industry practices.
