The TPA Supply Chain Conference provides retailers and manufacturers a forum which brings both sides together to drive efficiencies, build relationships, and foster collaborative initiatives throughout the supply chain.
Registration includes all meeting materials, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and receptions. Fee does not include your hotel accommodations or dinners.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference, FMI/GMA encourages substitutions. Please notify the Registrar by email to register@fmi.org. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, per registration can be granted when written cancellation is received by February 16, 2018. A refund of 50%, less a $75 processing fee per registration can be granted if the written cancellation is received between February 17 and March 19, 2018. We will not issue refunds if the written cancellation is received after March 20, 2018.
FMI/GMA reserve the right to cancel the event prior to the event start date due to market conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that FMI/GMA cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contracted paid registration fee. If FMI/GMA is forced to cancel a program while in progress you will receive a credit of 50% of the contracted paid registration fee. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as the conference is cancelled.
Hotel Information:
The hotel reservation deadline has passed and the conference room block may be full. However, the hotel is accepting new reservations on a case by case basis and may be able to offer the group rate, based on room availability. Contact the hotel at 1-888-421-1442, ask for the TPA Supply Chain Conference to check room availability and rates.
Room Rate: $239.00 single/double occupancy, plus tax (daily resort fee waived for conference attendees)

Group rates and availability cannot be guaranteed after the cut-off date so book early.
FMI/GMA reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types.
Hotel Cancellation and Changes
All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations or changes no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival in order to receive a refund of your room deposit.
Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Hotel reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly or using the official hotel link provided in this confirmation. FMI/GMA does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.
