Meeting Attire:

Business dress is required during the entire conference. The average daytime temperature in October for Washington is in the high-60’s and evening low in the mid-40’s. For the comfort of all participants all meeting rooms will be smoke-free.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

To receive a full refund, notify the registration office in writing by e-mail at tmascaro@fmi.org or fax 202/220-0830 by September 12, 2003. After September 12, 2003 there will be no refunds. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
