2014 Gold Plate Winners: First Alternative Coop, Weis Markets and Publix

In my house dinner can be complicated. People are coming and going to different evening events or activities, the dog is begging for some morsel to fall from the countertop, and I’m inevitably missing an ingredient or realize my dinner plan was flawed. If only it was simpler.  
This year’s 2014 Gold Plate Award winners and honorable mention retail, wholesalers are helping make family dinner simple again. With recipe guides, shopping suggestions, cooking tips, and more, these stores are reclaiming family dinner and making it doable every night of the week. 
The 2014 Gold Plate winners are: 
Winner of Category A (1-49 stores) of FMI’s Gold Plate Award is First Alternative Coop for Budget Bites
FMI’s Gold Plate Award Winner of Category B (50 – 199 stores) is Weis Markets for their Healthy Bites multi-media meal solutions program
FMI’s Gold Plate Award for Category C (200+ stores) goes to Publix for their Apron Simple Meals program
