Compete for bragging rights for the ultimate family meal! Food industry retailer, wholesaler, manufacturer and supplier companies will focus on breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snack or takeaway treats. All funds raised support the FMI Foundation’s programs on health and well-being, nutrition, food safety, belonging, and social responsibility.

We'll focus on your family's favorites and how cuisine can vary from region to region. In the mood for a kolache or Tex-Mex? Have your kitchen be an ode to the Southwest.
Can’t get enough of maple-flavored foods, boiled seafood, and apple cider doughnuts? New England is calling! Bring out your tried and true family favorites for this year’s culinary showcase.

New Product Showcase

Our first-ever New Product Showcase allows sponsors to display 2-3 new products in towers at the event and offer product tastings during Stir It Up! The display towers will be placed in high-traffic locations throughout the Midwinter Executive Conference.
