FMI Store Manager Awards

FMI recognizes store managers who ensure business success and community service with the FMI Store Manager Awards. In the program's 16 year history, finalists and award winners have come from a variety of backgrounds and represent the many faces of the food retail industry.

Tell us about the unique and creative ways that your store manager achieved positive growth and customer satisfaction over the past 12-18 months. Nominations are accepted from November to March. Self nominations are accepted. Finalists will be announced in April and the grand prize winners will be announced at FMI Connect June 20-23, 2016 in Chicago.

 2016 Store Manager Awards

Please note the following changes for 2016 nominations:
  • The Store Manager Awards Program is open to FMI members only.
  • If your company is a subsidiary of a larger company, you may nominate your store manager based on the subsidiary's size.
  • Past finalists may be nominated, but please show what new and innovative ideas and programs have been implemented since the last submission.
  • Any company operating in Canada will now be considered part of Category D: International Retailers.
