If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the registrar in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be provided for any cancellation received by April 11, 2024. Refunds of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, (plus a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card), are available if received in writing to email@example.com by April 11, 2024. No refunds are available after April 11, 2024, but substitutions are allowed prior to the official start date.
Organizing your group to participate in the Future leaders Virtual eXperience is a big task—but it doesn't have to be intimidating. Take a look at the four easy steps below to get started.
Appoint a company lead. This person will work closely with your company's leadership to identify potential candidates, connect with FMI and pass on questions your group may have. Typically, this would be a member of the company's human resources or training department.
Ideal candidates are a company's highest-potential employees, those who have already demonstrated some leadership skills and who senior executives believe could take on significant managerial positions as their careers develop.
Define your company's desired outcomes for attendees; organizational goals; staffing strategies; and individual development/performance plans.
