Program Overview
Participants complete seven virtual group sessions over four months, with flexible, self‑paced work between sessions. Learners apply new skills on the job, receive coaching, and collaborate with their cohort. Graduates earn the Food Retail Leader Certificate, recognizing their leadership growth and career development.

Participants attend seven, 2-hour group sessions, choosing either the morning or afternoon option of 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ET or 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. ET.
