Participants in this program will receive program materials, complete pre-work and be placed with a group and coach prior to the first session.
Participants will attend six group sessions held on these dates:
Thursday, June 29, 2023 [Note no off week between sessions 5-6]
At registration, participants select either the a.m. or p.m. ET session. Participants can request a session change the week before the live session if needed.

Participants can work with the program administrator in the event of a request for a session change, make-up session or activity.
In addition to the full-group sessions, participants will be required to do pre-session and post-session activities
including viewing videos, completing workbook pages and making discussion posts. These activities can all be completed from a home or work computer at times that are convenient for you.
In addition to the large-group sessions, participants will be grouped with a team of 10-15 other individuals from other companies and in other roles. Each team will work together to complete the activities as well as share their leadership journey
throughout the three-month program.

Yes. After completing Future Leaders Virtual, participants can build on the knowledge and skills gained through Future Leaders to further expand their experience and apply what they learned in an additional project to earn the Food Retail Leader Certificate.
