Reservation Details

Hotel Reservation Deadline: December 15, 2023

We expect the hotels to sell out before this date – register and secure your reservations early!

Reservations are only available to registered attendees. Once registered for the conference, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email with detailed information on how to secure hotel reservations at one of the FMI Official Event Hotels. Don’t see the email? Be sure to check your SPAM or reach out to us at register@fmi.org. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-reserved basis, including requests for specific room types and suite upgrades. Rooms will sell out quickly, so we urge you to register for the conference and make a hotel reservation as early as possible. Reservations by phone are not accepted. 

Please Note: FMI will review the conference room block and cancel reservations and remove those individuals who have not registered for FMI Midwinter. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All FMI Official Event Hotels require one night’s deposit to secure a room reservation within the FMI room block of discounted rooms. Refer to your Hotel Confirmation email for specific cancellation policy.

Unauthorized Hotel Solicitation

Hotel reservations should be made only by using the official hotel link provided in your registration confirmation email. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the Midwinter Conference and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences and leave you without a reservation.
