Registration

Please be advised that your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable after December 19, 2025. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee (plus a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card), is granted when a cancellation is received by December 19, 2025. Due to the firm commitments made for conference arrangements, FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after December 19, 2025. Substitutions can be made at any time before and during the conference. All refunds will be processed after the event. 

Hotel reservations should only be made by using the official hotel link provided in your email confirmation. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts, you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with FMI or the Midwinter Executive Conference and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences and leave you without a reservation.

FMI may hire professional service providers or use official staff/volunteers to document (photo/video/streaming/audio) and display the event experience. By registering for and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: (a) FMI may edit and use photographs or footage it captures at the event for marketing and promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; and (b) due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, FMI disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.
