To satisfy FMI’s entry requirement, all attendees and guests will have to complete a validation process to gain access to the Midwinter Conference on-site.
For the most efficient entry possible, every attendee and guest should enroll with CLEAR before the event to complete their COVID-19 pre-screening. Once your vaccination or test record has been uploaded to the platform, it can typically take up to 30 minutes for your status to be verified. We encourage all attendees and guests to complete this process at least 24 hours prior to arriving at the event.
*Please note bulk badge pick up will not be allowed. Each individual must be validated on-site and pick up their own badge. No exceptions will be allowed.

We limit one complimentary pass for every 10,000 circulations/subscribers your food retailing publication has on your BPA statement (up to 30,000 in circulation). Additional personnel requesting to attend must pay a Midwinter registration fee.
Sales, advertising, marketing, public relations, account management, or other non-editorial professions will not be granted press passes.
Video/audio recording of any kind is prohibited onsite without permission from the FMI media department. FMI reserves the right to request documentation regarding credentials.
The Midwinter Executive Conference is invitation-only. Accredited media writing for food retail industry trade journals, magazines or newspapers are eligible to receive a complimentary press pass. To qualify, you must cover the event and hold an editorial title.
