Registration Information

To best balance the exclusive member invitations, FMI Midwinter Executive Conference registration opens in three phases. 

We encourage you to register and make hotel reservations early, as the hotel is likely to sell out. Official event hotel rooms are in high demand and only available to registered, paid attendees.

FMI Strategic & Industry Partner Associate Members + SEE Suite Holders

FMI strategic & industry partner associate members, plus SEE Suite holders, receive a premium registration and hotel opportunity

Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation with hotel reservation instructions through the FMI Concierge Team. No official event hotel will accept new reservations by phone. 

The confirmation will also provide details on making changes or cancellations. Please note a cancelled Midwinter registration forfeits your hotel reservation.

Cancellation and Other Policies

The Midwinter mobile app and website will reflect your registration-provided information. This includes your name, title and company as it appears in your confirmation letter. Please proof this information carefully for accuracy. If a change is needed, notify Debbie Stewart at

After December 20, 2019, your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable. A registration fee refund, less the $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation received in writing to by December 20, 2019.

Press Inquiries


The Midwinter Executive Conference is invitation-only. Accredited media writing for food retail industry trade journals, magazines or newspapers are eligible to receive a complimentary press pass. To qualify, you must cover the event and hold an editorial title.

Publishing Professionals

We limit one complimentary pass for every 10,000 circulations/subscribers your food retailing publication has on your BPA statement (up to 30,000 in circulation). Additional personnel requesting to attend must pay a Midwinter registration fee.

Sales, advertising, marketing, public relations, account management, or other non-editorial professions will not be granted press passes.

Video Policy

Video/audio recording of any kind is prohibited onsite without permission from the FMI media department. FMI reserves the right to request documentation regarding credentials.
