Webinar Description:

FMI Releases 71st Annual The Food Retail Industry Speaks Report

As a signature piece of research, FMI's Food Retailing Industry Speaks offers business-planning insights for its members. The Speaks survey represents more than 37,000 food retail stores and includes 2019 operational and financial benchmarks and illuminates grocers’ strategic and tactical decisions. This year’s survey also asks retailers to provide perspective on the first few months of the COVID-19 pandemic. FMI will host a webinar to unpack the key findings and offer unique perspectives from FMI leadership regarding its 71st annual analysis. This webinar will provide context to a challenging year for food retail operators and share opportunities for growth.

Listen to a discussion hosted by Leslie Sarasin that includes Mark Baum, Jennifer Hatcher and Dr. Hilary Thesmar on Oct. 7 at 2 p.m. EST.
