Registration Cancellation Policy

Please notify registrar in writing by email to Debbie Stewart at dstewart@fmi.org or by fax at 202-220-0830. A refund, minus a $75 processing fee, is granted when a cancellation is received by September 1, 2017. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by September 8, 2017. No refund if notification is received after September 8, 2017.
