Cancellation and Other Policies

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the registrar in writing by email to or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to August 31, 2018. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by September 7, 2018. No refund if notification is received after September 7, 2018. Substitutions can be made at anytime prior to the official conference badge being distributed.
