Reservation Details

Only registered and paid conference attendees are eligible for a reservation at the discounted rate in the FMI block of rooms at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-reserved basis. We expect the event hotel to sell-out prior to the deadline and encourage you to register and make a reservation as soon as possible.

Once registered and paid for the FMI Energy & Store Development Conference, you will receive an email registration confirmation with hotel reservation instructions and a special link to make your reservation at the discounted rate. Registered, but didn’t receive the confirmation – email us at register@fmi.org

Please Note: FMI will review the event room block and remove those individuals who are not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. 

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy

The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee a room at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a one night's room and tax penalty on the credit card. Please refer to the hotel website and hotel confirmation email for specific policies. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. 


Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations

Hotel reservations should be made by using the official hotel link provided in your registration confirmation email. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the E+SD Conference and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences and leave you without a reservation.
