The Power of Seafood explores shopper’s perceptions, attitudes and behaviors regarding seafood.  While seafood may not generate the same sales volume as fresh meat or produce, seafood does attract a lucrative customer base and can serve to positively impact perceptions of a food retailer. 

With only two in ten Americans eating seafood the recommended two times a week, this webinar and the associated report strive to provide insights and guidance for food retailers to optimize their seafood marketing and merchandising decisions.

Participants should attend this webinar to come away with: 

  • Identify ways food retailers can increase seafood consumption
  • Determine the value of the seafood counter on shoppers’ perception of seafood quality
