FMI Policy

FMI reserves the right to review the event room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the event. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, including requests for specific room types.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

72 hours prior to arrival; cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one full night's room and tax. All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be communicated directly to the hotel.

No-show Policy

Failing to call the hotel or show on the first night of a reservation will result in a no-show fee of one full night’s room and tax charged to the guest and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation.

Early Departure Policy

Upon checking into the hotel, guests will be asked to reconfirm their departure date. After checking in, should the guest choose to depart earlier than the agreed upon departure date, an early checkout fee of one full night’s room and tax will be charged to the guest.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations

FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.
