Cancellation Policy
Your Supply Chain Forum registration fee is non-refundable after August 14, 2026. Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, (plus a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card), is available if received in writing to register@fmi.org by August 14, 2026. No refunds are available after August 14, 2026, but substitutions are allowed.
