Cancellation Policy 

Please notify registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, minus a $75.00 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received by May 4, 2018. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by May 25, 2018. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements (and unforeseen weather), FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after May 25, 2018, but attendee substitutions are allowed. 

FMI reserve the right to cancel the event prior to the event start date due to market conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that FMI cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contracted paid registration fee. If FMI is forced to cancel a program while in progress you will receive a credit of 50% of the contracted paid registration fee. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as the conference is cancelled.
