The hotel cut-off date to reserve at the group rate is Friday, June 28, 2024. We encourage you to make your reservations early, as the hotel may sell out before this date.
You may also contact 844-888-4723 to reserve your accommodation for this event. Be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of the “FMI Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Conference 2024" to receive the special conference rate.
Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Individuals deposit is refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Please Note:
FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types.
Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Hotel reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly or using the official hotel link provided in your confirmation e-mail. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.
