The FDA Proposed Traceability Rule published in the Federal Register on September 23, 2020. FMI will be hosting a webinar for members to provide a detailed overview of the FDA proposed rule which is the latest FSMA rule. Comments on the information collection are due on November 30, 2020 and comments on the proposed rule are due on January 21, 2021. The FDA has announced three public meetings on the rule with information available here.
