FMI State Issues Retreat 2018

The FMI State Issues Retreat is an annual event that brings together food retail grocery associations and grocery company professionals from each state to discuss state legislative issues of interest to the food industry. This year's State Issues Retreat will take place at the Salamander Resort & Spa in Middleburg, Virginia, August 6 to August 8.

As more and more policymaking occurs at the state and local level, this meeting provides an important opportunity to learn the lessons of 2018 and strategize for 2019. While the agenda is still being developed, topics will include Emerging Issues, Wage & Labor, SNAP/WIC, Pharmacy, Food and Beverage Taxes, and much more. Please make your reservation directly with the hotel by July 16, using this link.

While you're here, don't forget to register for the Southern Regional Legislative Meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Click here for meeting details and registration information. And stay tuned for details on the other Regional Meeting in the near future.
