Postponed: Understanding the Consumer Behaviors
of Gen Z and Millenial Grocery Shoppers
We understand that the food retail industry is working around the clock to replenish and restock, while ensuring store and facility cleanliness. In light of this, and everyone’s attention on COVID-19, we want to be sensitive to our members and will postpone the webinar.
FMI and the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business have collaborated on a nationwide research study to gain an understanding of the consumer behaviors of Gen Z and millennial grocery shoppers.
Hear their findings with a focus on the three C’s – technology-enabled customization, a new level of convenience leveraging omnichannel strategies, and a better understanding of the similarities and differences between the Gen Z and Millennial shoppers’ journeys.
Participants should attend this webinar in order to:
- Learn how Gen Z and millennials go grocery shopping and what steps they take on their shopping journey.
- Understand the differences between these younger generations in their approach to grocery shopping.
- Determine what factors are important to Gen Z and millennial shoppers in their selection of a grocery store.
