Please reference the Food Marketing Institute Health and Wellness Conference when making your reservation. The negotiated rate is available until May 7, 2013 after which time rooms will be sold on a space available basis and may be subject to higher rates. Room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior in order to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.

Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation received in writing to register@fmi.org by May 10th, 2013.  If your cancellation is received by May 17th a 60% refund will be given. Any cancellations received after May 17th, 2013 will not be refunded. Please note, registrations can be transferred to another company employee at any point prior to the conference.
