Federal and State Actions to Limit the Sale of Flavored Vapor Products

Call Description: 

In response to hundreds of reported illnesses related to vaping, FDA and the states are taking actions to limit the sale of flavored e-cigarettes and other vapor products.  FDA has announced that it will be taking further action to remove flavored e-cigarettes from the market.   Some states, such as New York and Michigan, have moved more quickly, enacting emergency regulations to prohibit the sale of flavored e-cigarettes.

This FMI call will provide an overview of current actions taken by federal and state levels to limit the sale of flavored e-cigarettes and help retailers navigate the changing regulatory landscape for these products.
